  3. All vendor selections (site, photography, catering, dj etc.)
  4. Vendor/Contract negotiations.
  5. Creative design assistance, we will help you find your style and suggest plenty of options to make your event unique and memorable.
  6. Vendor Management.
  7. Negotiate contracts with your vendors
  8. Make sure you don’t miss any important details
  9. Help you manage rsvp responses.
  10. Advise you on etiquette and traditions when appropiate
  11. Help you select invitations, wording
  12. Assistant with emergency kit provided for quinceanera/ Sweet 16  and her court
  13. Email and phone consultation (40 hours)
  14. 5 vendor meetings
  15. 5 client/coordinator meetings through out planning process
  16. Day of coordination up to 8 hours.
